“I came to serve on the Board about the time the condo received a settlement for construction defects. The Board concluded it needed a project manager to bring fresh eyes and independent expertise to help it fulfill its responsibility in defining the scope of work, adopting a realistic budget, and establishing a budget process calculated to produce contract bids that would not result in special assessment. After checking its track record, the Board unanimously selected Bach & Associates. The project was successfully completed and was within budget. No special assessment. The building looks great!”
