Complete strip and re-clad of exterior siding,decks, and roofs.

CHALLENGES

Removal of roofs and roof sheathing during the rainy season, and working on building envelope while the units remained occupied.

RESULTS

Completed ahead of schedule, within budget and with a number of upgrades including:

Vinyl replaced with Hardi-plank siding
20-year roofs replaced with 40-year
Architectural shingles, new brick and trellis features, and upgraded exterior lighting
