Formed in December of 1999 during a period when there was a significant increase in claims for defective construction brought by condominium and homeowner associations against their developers, David recognized a need for professional services for these multi-family communities, particularly providing consulting, claims assistance, owner representation, and construction management of condominium and homeowner association construction projects.

David Bach & Associates is a Seattle based professional reserve study and construction management firm specializing in consulting, owner representation, and management of condominium and homeowner association repair and remediation projects. Over the years, we have established ourselves as a leader in the industry with a strong reputation among clients, community association managers, attorneys, bankers, architects, engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals.
