PROJECT SCOPE

Removal and replacement of siding, roofing and windows, dry rot repairs, structural upgrades, and design element updates.

CHALLENGES

Tight budget. Settlement and structural deficiencies were discovered during the project and helical anchors were installed at the foundation in order to support the building from further settlement.
