PROJECT SCOPE

Removal of concrete driveways and garage floors, excavation of soils, compaction and new concrete. Structural repairs and waterproofing of the south and west building elevations.

CHALLENGES

Value engineering scope for mass excavation of soils, pressure grouting to stabilize ground, and pouring new concrete driveways and walkways while units remained occupied. Accomplish the repair scope within the settlement budget.
