It was through your expert and patient guidance that we selected an outstanding architect, engineer and construction company and began this very large and complex endeavor. Not only did you keep the project on budget, you helped to clearly explain the direction and details to the Association to help keep us focused on a positive outcome. You patiently answered very difficult questions and addressed everyone's concerns over the course of the project. Notwithstanding your technical expertise, we could not have accomplished this giant undertaking without your personal leadership.

On behalf of the Board of Directors and Homeowner's community, I would like to thank you for services provided in preparation of our Reserve Study. The project was educational and was handled with expert professionalism. At every stage of the process we appreciated your ability to provide information and explanation pertaining to process, production, and reasoning for decision making. We particularly appreciate the sense of collaboration you took in undertaking the Reserve Study. We feel strongly that the product obtained is more valuable, better understood, and a more accurate assessment than might have otherwise been received as a result of the expertise you brought and teamwork you demonstrated with our Board and building manager.

In early 2007 we knew our 32 buildings were in terrible shape. We were a newly elected board and we knew we were going to have to start dealing with our problems right away. David's services were invaluable to us throughout the project as Construction Manager by ensuring that our property was restored to its original condition with additional upgrades, keeping us within our cost schedule, and thereby increasing the value of our homes.

I am convinced that our $5 million repair project at Eastbridge Condominiums would have never happened without Bach & Associates, specifically David Bach. I sometimes think it was almost a miracle that we managed to pass a special assessment, obtain a $1 million dollar insurance settlement, negotiate a bank line of credit, and finish our work on schedule.
