PROJECT SCOPE

Removal and replacement of siding, structural repairs, window replacement, deck restoration and waterproof coatings.

CHALLENGES

The amount of settlement received to repair the construction defects was not adequate. The Association was faced with a special assessment to complete the work.

RESULTS

Completed several months ahead of schedule and with minimal financial impact to homeowners. Able to keep construction within the original budget, found opportunities to reduce cost in areas the association didn’t see possible, and negotiated in small extras.
