Structural decay rot/collapse coverage insurance claims assistance. Major renovation including: full strip of building down to the studs, substantial structural framing repair, new insulation, new plywood sheathing, seismic upgrades, new cement fiber board siding, new windows and sliding glass doors, complete deck rebuilds, combination of wood decks and waterproof membrane decks, new gutters and downspouts, sealant, and exterior painting of all buildings.
